The Sarv Villa Complex was assigned to the design team at the foundation‑completion stage, requiring a full redesign of the floor plans based on the existing structural conditions and the client’s requirements. During this process, local residential patterns and their spatial organization were analyzed to inform the planning strategy.

In the design phase, and in line with the client’s preferences, a combination of contemporary architectural approaches and contextual vernacular considerations was applied to the façade design and the interior spatial organization of the villas.
