The residential–commercial tower, with an approximate built‑up area of 17,000 square meters, has been designed as a luxury residential complex, with the ground floor and first floor allocated to commercial use. Initially, 500‑square‑meter residential units were proposed, corresponding to the district’s status and the economic profile of its target users.

After evaluating various programmatic and layout options, and through ongoing coordination with the client, the final configuration was established as two units per floor, aligned with their preferred unit sizes.
