The Sarv Villa Complex was assigned to our design team at the stage of foundation completion. The floor plans were redesigned based on the existing structural conditions and the client’s requirements. During this process, local residential patterns and their spatial organization were analyzed to inform the planning strategy.

In the design phase, and according to the client’s preferences, a combination of contemporary architectural approaches and vernacular considerations was applied to the façade design and the interior spaces of the villas.
