The Miniature Residential Tower project was assigned to our team at the structural completion stage for interior design and façade development. The wide range of unit sizes—from small apartments to large-scale units with a floor area of 500 square meters—defines a diverse spectrum of residential needs.

This diversity necessitated distinct interior design approaches: in smaller units, the primary strategy focuses on spatial optimization and maximum functional efficiency, whereas in larger units, varied spatial organization and the use of distinctive materials are employed as key elements to enhance living quality.
