The Khayyam Project consists of five distinct floor plan types, each offering its own unique spatial quality. Variations in floor area presented challenges in organizing the layouts—particularly in single-unit floors—which were transformed into opportunities for enhancing living standards through the definition of diverse private and semi-private spaces. Despite the client’s requirements for maximizing the built-up area and addressing economic constraints, the project design achieves a balance between economic efficiency and the improvement of living quality by incorporating terraces, linear greenery, and functional setbacks.
