The Mehr Mixed‑Use Complex Project in Qom County was defined with the aim of creating a dynamic urban structure. The commercial, cultural, hospitality, and sports functions were organized through physical programming and detailed spatial planning, developed based on the client’s requirements and regional context studies.

The concept design process, grounded in functional relationship diagrams, mass‑space organization, and the use of urban viewpoints, resulted in a proposal that not only meets diverse functional needs but also offers coherent spatial quality and strong urban legibility.
