Renovation of an Old Residential Villa into a Call Center and Headquarters Office – Pizza Khooneh

The project involved the renovation of an old residential villa and its conversion into a call center and the central management office for the Pizza Khooneh chain, with the objective of creating an efficient and cost‑effective workspace.

The main design challenge was accommodating a relatively large number of staff within a limited floor area while providing semi‑enclosed workstations for each employee. Maximizing the use of space for the proper placement of equipment and ensuring the capacity for at least ten employees were key requirements of the project.

The interior design approach aimed to remain simple and economical while maintaining visual appeal, creating a comfortable and functional environment suitable for long working hours.
