The project was designed with careful consideration of the region’s vernacular architectural principles. Through the selection of appropriate materials and the use of local motifs combined with a contemporary approach, the design seeks to create a space that establishes a balance between tradition and contemporary architecture.

The landscape design gradually steps down to connect with the basement level, creating a layered spatial experience and varied perspectives while elevating the spatial quality of the basement to a level comparable to the ground floor.
