The landscape gradually connects to the basement level, producing dynamic movement and diverse perspectives while enhancing the basement’s spatial quality to the level of the ground floor.
First floor
The project consists of five distinct plan typologies, each with unique spatial qualities. Variations in floor areas—particularly in single-unit floors—were resolved through the definition of private and semi-private spaces, turning constraints into opportunities for improving residential quality.

Despite the client’s requirements for maximum floor area and economic efficiency, the design incorporates terraces, linear green spaces, and functional setbacks, establishing a balance between efficiency and high-quality living.
